Terms & Conditions — ks444 User Agreement

These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ks444 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the ks444 website at https://ks444.app, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any feature of the platform in any capacity, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease use of the platform and close your account. Continued use of ks444 following the publication of any updated version of this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

By accepting these terms, you also confirm that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement and form part of the binding contract between you and ks444.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on ks444, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. ks444 is an adults-only platform. Players under 18 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, or participating in any game or betting market.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any other individual or entity.

• You are not subject to any self-exclusion agreement with ks444 or with any other gambling platform that would prohibit your participation.
• You have not previously had an account on ks444 that was closed due to a violation of these Terms & Conditions.

ks444 employs active age verification procedures during the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Any player found to be under the age of 18 will have their account immediately closed, all deposits returned where legally permissible, and any winnings forfeited without exception.

To use the full range of ks444 services, you must complete the account registration process and provide accurate, current, and complete information as required by our registration form. You agree to update your account information promptly if any of the details you have provided change.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration you will be required to provide, at minimum, the following information: a valid email address, a unique username, a secure password, your full legal name, your date of birth, and a valid mobile phone number. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

ks444 is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing a withdrawal or when requested by our compliance team. KYC verification typically requires you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A government-issued photo identity document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence).

All financial transactions on ks444 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). ks444 does not charge any platform-side processing fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which ks444 accepts no responsibility.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Deposit Limits

In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this section, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses awarded by ks444 carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any portion of the bonus or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly on the promotion page. Wagering contributions from different game categories vary: slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and sportsbook wagers may contribute at a reduced rate.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

ks444 takes bonus integrity seriously. The following activities are considered bonus abuse and will result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and potential account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once.
• Coordinated play with other players to exploit bonus terms (bonus harvesting).
• Using low-risk or mathematically certain wagering strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk.
• Providing false or misleading information to qualify for a promotion.

5.3 Expiry

Bonuses that are not used within the validity period stated on the promotion page will expire and be removed from your account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.

6.1 RNG Certification

6.2 Malfunction Policy

If the game state cannot be reliably determined, the wager placed for the affected round will be returned to the player's account. ks444's decision in malfunction disputes is final. Malfunction voids all pays and plays where the system cannot confirm a valid game outcome.

6.3 Sports Betting

All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant sporting event as recognised by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). ks444 reserves the right to void, suspend, or settle bets differently from the declared market result in the event of: match abandonment; result reversal by the governing body; evidence of match fixing; or obvious pricing errors. Cricket markets covering BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures are settled on the official scorecard result at the close of the match.

Players are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities while using the ks444 platform. Violations may result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place wagers, exploit games, or interact with the platform in any non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players during live casino games or any multiplayer game to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors. Players who discover a malfunction or pricing error must cease play and report it to our support team immediately.
• Using VPNs, proxy servers, or other IP-masking tools to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise your true location.
• Attempting to launder money or conduct any transaction connected to illegal activity through the ks444 platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or ks444 staff via live chat or any other communication channel.
• Providing false information during registration, KYC verification, or at any point during your use of the platform.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.

ks444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if any of the following circumstances apply:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the period specified by the compliance team.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
• Discovery that the player does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2.
• A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the player or a legally authorised third party.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or legal requirement directing ks444 to restrict the account.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request the voluntary closure of their account at any time by contacting the ks444 support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus balances) will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC checks. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent self-exclusion. • Any loss arising from a platform outage, technical malfunction, server failure, or third-party service disruption beyond our reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from a player's own failure to secure their account credentials or from unauthorised access to their account where ks444 acted in good faith on instructions received.
• Any delay in payment processing caused by a third-party payment provider including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard.

Nothing in this Agreement shall exclude or limit ks444's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

ks444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email and/or a prominent notice on the platform no less than 7 days before the changes take effect, except where an immediate change is required for legal or security reasons.

It is your responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions periodically. The most current version of this Agreement will always be available at https://ks444.app/terms-conditions. The "Effective" date at the top of this document reflects when the current version came into force.

If you do not accept the updated terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes. Continued use of ks444 after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

10.1 Governing Principles

This Agreement is intended to be interpreted in a manner consistent with fair dealing and good faith. Where any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
